Medical bed actuator motor drive screw is a kind of electric drive device that transforms the rotary motion of an electric motor into the linear reciprocating motion of an actuator, which is widely used in the adjustment function of medical beds. It is driven by an electric motor to convert rotary motion into linear motion, thus realizing the functions of height adjustment, back lifting and leg adjustment of medical beds.
Structural composition
Medical bed actuator motor drive screw is mainly composed of the following parts:
Drive motor: provide rotary power, usually DC or AC motor.
Reduction gear: reduces the motor speed and increases the torque, applicable to the motion demand of the actuator.
Screw: connected to the motor, converts the motion into linear motion through rotation.
Actuator: Realizes linear reciprocating motion and is used to adjust different parts of the medical bed.
Limit switch: controls the range of motion of the actuator to prevent it from exceeding the design range.
Controller: Used to control the movement speed, position and acceleration of the actuator and other parameters.
Working Principle
When the motor starts, it reduces the speed and increases the torque through the speed reducer, and then drives the screw to rotate. The rotary motion of the screw is converted into linear motion by the actuator, thus realizing the functions of height adjustment, back elevation and leg adjustment of the medical bed. The position, speed and acceleration of the actuator can be accurately controlled by the controller to ensure the stable operation and precise adjustment of the medical equipment.
Application Scenario
Medical bed electric actuator is widely used in modern medical care equipment, replacing the traditional manual adjustment, improving the work efficiency of medical staff and patient comfort. Through the electric actuator, medical staff can easily adjust the height, back and leg angle of the medical bed to meet the needs of different patients.
Motor shaft type classification introduction
I. Linear Shaft
Linear shafts are long shafts with a circular cross-section, which are mainly suitable for machines, equipment and tools that need to realize linear motion. Common linear shaft materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and so on. Linear shafts are widely used in CNC machine tools, printing machines, packaging machines, elevators and other equipment.
Second, round shaft
Round shaft refers to the cross-sectional area of the shaft is round, commonly used in some need to rotate the machine equipment and tools. The material of round shaft can be steel, stainless steel, brass and so on. Round shafts are widely used in fans, electric motors, automobile engines, ships and other fields.
Third, square shaft
Square shafts are shafts with square or rectangular cross-sectional area and are used in machines, equipment and tools that require twisting or turning. Compared with round shafts, square shafts have higher torque and torsional hardness. Square shafts are widely used in hydraulic presses, punching machines, wire winches, transmission boxes and other components.
Four, hexagonal shaft
Hexagonal shaft is a kind of hexagonal cross-section of the shaft. It has many advantages, such as good torsional performance, transfer torque. Commonly used in drills, wrenches, screwdrivers and other hand-held tools, as well as automotive parts and other fields.
Five, shaped shaft
Shaped shaft refers to the irregular shape of the shaft, mainly used in some special occasions, such as tapered shaft, corrugated shaft and so on. Shaped shafts can be designed and processed according to the needs of the work, and are suitable for special machines, equipment and tools.
